Following a meeting with Futures Housing last month, I requested that they provide information about cold weather planning and pro-active advice they could give to Daventry customers.
Attached below is a factsheet for customers to re-pressurise their boilers, which is the number one of the best solutions to customers having no heating and hot water. They have also created some video content to help enable customers to potentially get their heating and hot water back without the need for an operative to attend. I appreciate this may not always be the solution and so Futures Housing have engineers available to address the needs of our customers when this proactive advice does not work.
